It's not that we don't care, it's that CRUX is very simple and has very little architecture put into it. It is one of it's strengths and the very reason a lot of us use it. I use it for everything :)
I had a read through your slides and the concept is very interesting. It could be really useful. I still feel though that CRUX's installation is easy and simple enough and normally only takes me 5-10mins to install (minus kernel configure/compile time).
