I agree. And I must admit I wondered why the color 'theme' present in the 2.4 install cd initscripts wasn't present in the system initscripts as well. They're nice! (=

so if anyone is interested in making crux more colourful, I prepared slightly modified initscripts[1][2] and pkgmk[3][4] patch(attached).

I understand that this feature is something superfluous, and many may dislike it. But I suggest it to be available at ports. Perhaps if you put your patches in a port at the contrib collection or something. :-) [ uninstall patches would be good, also. ] By the way, Are there any other brazilians (than Thiago Coutinho) here in the Crux mailing list?
