Hello Cruxers, I wonder if any of you tried to build snap(d) for Crux? BTW. Maybe something wrong with my search skills, but I cannot find documentation on how to build snapd from source. maybe this helps for a start: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/snapcraft/ I never bothered with snap, I got flatpak in contrib if that might suit your needs. -- Tim Biermann
Isn't snapd reliant on systemd in most if not all cases? I'd also add that I'm part of an organization that pays for canonical support and after having spent days on the phone with them even they can't really seem to get it nailed down correctly.
