Hello, Did you Set the Mode for the network in vbox to Bridged? If yes, did you enable/connect the virtual device in vbox?Otherwhise, consider setting it to DHCP. regards, Thomas

Hello, I'm new to the crossover distribution and I'm trying to install the quid in virtualbox, i've compiling the kernel well, but I can not connect to the Internet for update ports with "ports -u" ports, my /etc/rc.d/net Is configured with static ip: TYPE = "static" DEV = enp0s3 ADDR = 192.168.1.12 MASK = 24 GW = 192.168.1.1 And my /etc/resolv.conf Name Server 192.168.1.1 Name server 8.8.8.8 Name server 8.8.4.4 But the strange thing is that I can not ping the gateway "192.168.1.1", but also "localhost", is very very strange. I upgraded LibreOffice on January 2nd and now, when I do a ctrl-click on a web link, firefox is no longer invoked. Before, either FF was launched or (if it was running already) an extra tab appeared within it. Curiously the link in the text does change colour, which suggests that LO thinks it has invoked FF. -- H Russman

nss update to 3.28.1 blocks access to google

After updating nss from 3.27.1-2 to 3.28.1-1 I cannot access any google site from Firefox. I get the following error message: Your connection is not secure The website tried to negotiate an inadequate level of security. accounts.google.com uses security technology that is outdated and vulnerable to attack. An attacker could easily reveal information which you thought to be safe. The website administrator will need to fix the server first before you can visit the site. Error code: NS_ERROR_NET_INADEQUATE_SECURITY I had to revert back to nss 3.27.1-2 Thanks, Xavier
